Through the Owner Portal, you can review essential details such as rent collection and processing, maintenance vendor payments, and additional owner-approved expenses. Monthly owner statements are generated automatically, with direct deposit via ACH processing, ensuring that your rental income reaches your account efficiently and securely.
At the end of each year, we provide a comprehensive tax package, including tax statements, 1099s, and an annual summary owner statement to simplify tax preparation and compliance.

You don’t pay us until we deliver results. When leasing your property, we handle everything upfront at no cost—including marketing, showings, tenant screening, lease preparation, and the move-in inspection. We only get paid once we successfully place a qualified tenant in your property.
Leasing Guarantee
Tenant retention is important, and we stand by the quality of our placements. If a tenant does not fulfill at least nine months of their lease term, we will find you a new tenant at no additional cost.
30-Day Rental Guarantee
We are confident in our ability to lease your property quickly. If we cannot secure a tenant within 30 days, we will give you one month of free property management. This ensures we work aggressively to fill vacancies without unnecessary delays.
Pet Guarantee
For any pet we approve, we provide up to $1,000 in damage protection for any pet-related damage that exceeds the tenant’s security deposit. This added layer of protection allows you to confidently allow pets in your rental while reducing potential financial risk.
