How and when do I get my checks?
Rental proceeds are processed monthly and disbursed via direct deposit to your bank account. You’ll receive detailed statements outlining income and expenses through our Owner Portal. -
How is rent collection handled?
We offer tenants an online portal for convenient rent payments. Our team monitors payments closely, enforces late fees when necessary, and initiates legal proceedings for non-payment in compliance with South Carolina law. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
Lease terms are typically 12 months, but we can adjust the duration based on your preferences and market conditions. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
In South Carolina, there is no statutory limit on security deposits. We generally require a deposit equal to one month’s rent, but this can vary based on tenant qualifications. -
How soon can you start managing my property?

Can I terminate the management agreement?
